  • New operating hours for West Fitness Center

    Beginning Aug. 6, the West Fitness Center will be open from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. weekdays. It will be closed weekends.

  • Movies Under the Stars

    The 377th Air Base Wing will present the film "Puss in Boots" at dusk July 13 at Hardin Field as part of "Movies Under the Stars."Free popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, juice boxes and water will be available.Bring a blanket and enjoy the show. No pets and no smoking allowed.

  • Batman vehicle on display July 1

    The "Tumbler" (Batmobile) and "Batpod" (motorcycle) from the movie "The Dark Knight Rises" will be on display at the Kirtland AFB Commissary from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 1. The visit is part of the national "Tumbler Tour." For more information, visit www.tumblertour.com.

  • Top 3 Fun Run/Walk

    The Team Kirtland Top 3 will host a Fun Run/Walk on July 11.   • Recycling Drop-Off Returns to Commissary

    The Kirtland AFB recycling drop-off area has returned to full service, in the southwest corner of the commissary parking lot. The base community can now drop off cardboard, mixed paper (newspapers, magazines/junk mail, cereal boxes, etc.), plastic bottles labeled #1 or #2, and aluminum beverage containers for recycling.
