The Airman's Attic is a source of valuable assets for everyday life, free of charge to all ranks and their dependents. They have everything from clothing, books, toys, electronics to small household items, as well as big items. The Attic is run and maintained by volunteers and all items provided to our patrons are donated. If you are interested in donating items, it is asked that you bring donations by when they are open, especially large items as that is the only time they have the manpower and hand carts to help move items. They are always looking for volunteers, if you are interested in volunteering please stop by when they are open.

A Survivor’s Guide to Benefits-Taking Care of Our Families, is intended to aid family members as they work through the difficulty and pain of losing a loved one who served in the military. The guide is designed to give family members a clear idea of how the Department of Defense will assist, starting with the first meeting with the Casualty Assistance Representative (CAR). It covers the planning and details of the funeral or memorial service and continues through the application and processing of all benefits and entitlements.

The Chaplain Corps provide spiritual care and ensures all Airmen, Guardians and their families can exercise their constitutional entitlement of free exercise of religion. Chaplain Corps personnel provide absolute, 100% confidential counseling, spiritual support and resilience in all areas with privileged communication. Chaplains do not have a duty to report.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supports DAF (APF, NAF, Space Force, ANG) employees and Army civilians on AF-led Joint Bases and their respective household members. Services are free, confidential, 24/7 online, in-person, by phone or virtual. Services include non-medical counseling (up to 6 sessions per topic), legal consultation, work life, education kits, elder care, supervisor resources, physical/mental wellness, webinars and more.

The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is designed to provide support to military family members with Medical or Educational needs. EFMP is comprised of a medical component (EFMP-M), community support element (EFMP-FS), and assignments (EFMP-A). The primary goal of EFMP is to ensure the medical and educational needs of EFMs can be met at a new assignment location. EFMP enrollment information enables personnel to proactively consider a family member's special need requirements during the assignment process and to pinpoint the assignment to a location with appropriate resources that address the needs of the family member at the gaining location. Successful implementation requires up-to-date enrollment information and extensive coordination among the personnel, medical and educational communities.

Family Child Care (FCC) provides families with a wonderful alternative to large group childcare! FCC providers are licensed by the Air Force and provide high-quality childcare services in their own homes on base or nearby in the local community. The Integrated Resiliency Office (IRO) focuses on non-clinical primary prevention of interpersonal and self-directed violence. The IRO collaboratively identifies and implements public health-informed and evidence-based prevention efforts to eliminate sexual assault, dating violence, domestic abuse, child abuse, harassment, and suicide. IROs are the OPR for the base Suicide Prevention Program, Community Climate Assessments and Comprehensive Integrated Primary Prevention (CIPP) Plan development.

Military Family Life Counselors (MFLCs) provide free confidential, short-term solution-focused non-medical and non-documented counseling to military members and immediate family members. MFLCs are licensed providers who can address relationships, stress, communication, adjustment, deployment, parenting, grief, loss, etc. MFLCs must report instances or eminent risk of abuse, self-harm, and Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) infractions.

Child and Youth Behavioral Military Family Life Counselors (CYB MFLCs) support families and augment child and youth programs. CYB MFLCs provide support on a variety of topics affecting children and teens, including anger and aggression, bullying, conflict resolution, divorce, self-esteem, separation, sibling and parental relationships, time management and more.

New Parent Support Program

The New Parent Support program is a free, voluntary program that offers parenting education and support to military parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers. Services include home visits, referrals, classes, and playgroups to help families thrive and balance military life.
