The Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) was established via the FY18 National DefenseAuthorization Act (NDAA), with subsequent authorities defined in the FY19 NDAA. The SpRCO is rapidlydeveloping and fielding critical space capabilities for the space enterprise.
