Leave carryover extended Published Jan. 15, 2013 By 377th Air Base Wing Public Affairs KIRTLAND AFB, N.M. -- Section 521 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 included a provision to extend the maximum leave carryover of 75 days through Sept. 30, 2015.
