    Kirtland AFB Chapel's middle and high school group, Momentum, invites teenagers to come out and hear the Christian rock band, Ashton, play live on November 3 at the chapel.   • Change to leave carryover amount

    A recent change has been made to Section 504 of the National Defense Authorization Act. Previously, the act stated all active-duty, reserve and guard members could carry up to 75 days of leave forward to Oct. 1, 2013. As of Sept. 30, 2013, any leave in excess of 60 days will be lost on Oct. 1, 2013

  • Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Oct 30

    Team Kirtland is invited to participate in the base's eighth annual breast cancer awareness 5K fun run/walk at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 30, at G Avenue and Pennsylvania Street. Registration is not required for this free event, which will include information about breast cancer. Leashed dogs are also welcome.

  • Wyoming Boulevard to be repaved

    Wyoming Boulevard between H Avenue and Gibson Boulevard is scheduled to be repaved from December to March 2013, and some road closures may be necessary.As more information on the closures and detours becomes available, further information will be publicized.
