Staff Sgt. Lennell R. DeLoatch RANK/NAME: Staff Sgt. Lennell R. DeLoatch SQUADRON: Detachment 1, 342nd Training Squadron AFSC/DUTY TITLE: 8B100/Military Training Leader HOMETOWN: Santa Rosa, Fla. GOALS: Short-term, complete a 10K with her 13-year-old daughter. Long-term, finish a successful career as a leader in the Air Force and then become a high school or college ROTC instructor for more than 20 years. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Staff Sgt. DeLoatch is the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the Military Training Flight at the Pararescue/Combat Rescue Officer School. She oversees, coordinates and manages all aspects of training for eight pipeline schools, five classes and 175 students per year. Name: A1C Jonathan V. Bielecki Squadron: 898 MUNS AFSC/Duty Title: 2W231/Weapons Maintenance Team Member Hometown: Baltimore, MD Goals: Long term-Coach football at the collegiate level; Short-term-Promote to SrA Accomplishment: A1C Bielecki is a weapons maintenance team member with 898 MUNS. Airman Bielecki is responsible for maintaining Protection Level (PL) 1 assets in DOD's only underground storage complex and providing technical support for 150 logistical redistributions each year, all while complying with nuclear explosive safety requirements and SECAF directed weapon system safety rules. Additionally, Airman Bielecki manages more than 200 classified and unclassified technical orders, enabling the unit to properly perform maintenance actions on PL1 assets. Airman Bielecki has volunteered his personal time speaking to new Airmen at FTAC, helping them identify and avoid common pitfalls for junior enlisted members. Recently, A1C Bielecki displayed alertness when he successfully extinguished a fire in the KUMMSC smoke pit after the butt can caught fire, quickly and safely resolving a dangerous situation.

WARRIOR OF THE WEEK NAME: Senior Airman Kristie Bocock ORGANIZATION: 58th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron AFSC/DUTY TITLE: Guidance and Control Journeyman HOMETOWN: Livermore, Calif. GOAL: Re-train as a loadmaster in the Air Force Reserve. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Worked outside her Air Force Specialty Code as an electrician to aid undermanned electro/environmental shop for three months and taught HAZMAT procedures during the last 58th Special Operations Wing Safety Day to more than 160 Airmen. She is qualified in more than 30 E/E tasks. She attends the University of Maryland and is working on her Community College of the Air Force and bachelor’s degree.
