The 377th Comptroller Squadron released their first-ever Air Force Comptroller Services Portal (CSP). The CSP is a user-friendly interface that allows 24/7 access to virtual CPTS customer service and is now available to all Air Force Active Duty members and civilians.

“We are here to serve and provide financial support to our Wingmen across the installation,” said U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Luis A. De Vazquez Salgado, 377th CPTS financial operations flight chief. “This gives our Wingmen the flexibility to contact us from anywhere as long as they have internet connection and a Common Access Card reader on hand.”

By using the CSP, users can submit, review and track their requests at any time and receive email notification alerts when changes are made. CSP provides customers 100% visibility of their finance inquiries and a complete progress timeline, from start to finish. Customers can submit an inquiry related to travel pay, military pay and civilian pay.

“Normal finance customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., for in-person assistance,” said Senior Airman Debrah R. Viray, 377th CPTS financial operations technician. “The CSP website allows members, unable to visit during traditional hours, to contact our office 24 hours seven days a week without the need for them to visit in person.”

Viray said in the current COVID-19 environment, remote operations are important, and CSP provides an easier alternative for Airmen and their families while protecting their health and well-being.

“We are proud to present CSP to our teammates as we work towards providing a top one of a kind customer service experience,” said Viray. “We are the money tigers!”

As this system is new and still evolving, upgrades and revisions are still being added. At this time, the only email authorized for CSP is a account.
