Are there buses/shuttles to the air show?
There will be dedicated parking areas as well as buses and shuttles operation on Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1. Parking details and shuttle schedules will be updated as we get closer to the event.
When do buses start running?
Buses will start when the gates open at 0800

Can I get a ride to the event?
Ridesharing services, including Uber and Lyft, will take riders directly to the Air Show pedestrian gate on Gibson and Girard Blvd. People can also be picked up in the same area when they are ready to depart. Check out the full details here
Do you have a handicap shuttle on the flight line?
Yes, we will have dedicated golf carts for handicap transportation to and from the base parking locations.
Is handicapped parking available? If so, where will they be directed for parking?
Yes, handicapped parking is accessible through the Carlisle Gate via Gibson Blvd. You must have a valid, displayed handicap placard in order to enter the Air Fiesta through this gate. If you do not have one, you will be turned around and redirected. You can read more about handicap parking here
Can base residents drive to the Air Show?
No, residents must walk to Hardin Field and take a bus to the Air Show area, or park at the SNL/DOE lot. For more information for base residents, visit
Is the entire base open to the public?
No, the public will only have access to designated bus pick-up/drop-off points and the Air Show area.
