Med Group improves annual process

Capt. Timothy Phamduy, 7th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron general medical officer, conducts an annual Periodic Health Assessment with Senior Airman Caesar Flores, 7th OMRS medical technician, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Aug. 28, 2019. The PHA is a screening tool used by the armed forces to evaluate the individual medical readiness of their service members. This process was improved by the medical staff to increase sufficiency and time given back to the Airmen who leave their work centers. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. David Owsianka)
