In-Place Patient Decontamination training
Members of the 377th Medical Group test their triage and decontamination skills during In-Place Patient Decontamination training June 28 at Kirtland AFB’s 377th MDG Main Clinic. Seventeen Airmen participated in the training, which provides education on life saving skills required to triage, initiate field treatment, manage patient flow, decontaminate and save victims from chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear emergencies. Here, students worked to decontaminate mock casualties from a terrorist attack using a weapon of mass destruction.
