Sixteen Kirltand Air Force Base military dependents were awarded more than $15,000 in scholarships at a dinner April 24 at the Mountain View Club. The scholarships were given by the Kirtland Spouses' Club, which raises money for the awards by through the Kirtland Thrift Shop.
