MAX POWER leaving Kirtland after AFRL transfers program to Army

MAX POWER drives out the Carlisle gate of Kirtland Air Force Base, May 16, 2017. The program will transfer to the US Army’s Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center, or ARDEC, headquartered at Picatinny Arsenal, N.J.
