ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Firefighters from Kirtland Air Force Base assess the situation June 25 after helping extinguish the second Albuquerque Bosque fire here in less than 24 hours. Base officials sent more than 30 firefighters and five vehicles to help as part of a mutual-aid agreement.
