Ronda Cole, director of the Starbase La Luz Academy, part of the Air Force Research Laboratory?s education outreach program here, is interviewed by a Canadian television production team. Discussing some of the lab?s space-related student programs, Ms. Cole was one of several people who were interviewed for a documentary called ?The Space Innovations? that is slated to air on the Canadian Broadcasting Company in February. The firing of a 15,000-watt laser and laser-optical facilities at the Directed Energy Directorate?s Starfire Optical Range were also filmed. U.S. Air Force photo by J. Rich Garcia
