KIRTLAND AFB, N.M. – On Tuesday, Vita Kelley, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center’s chief of the Force Development Division, Manpower and Personnel Directorate, will be recognized for 50 years of civil service in a ceremony at the AFNWC.
