Road Closure Published Nov. 15, 2013 By 377th Air Base Wing Public Affairs KIRTLAND AFB, N.M. -- Pennsylvania Street SE from Hardin Street to Wyoming Boulevard SE, and Ordnance Street from Wyoming Boulevard SE to Pennsylvania Street SE, will be closed from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16. The U.S. Army 372nd Quartermaster Battalion will be conducting a unit physical fitness test. Drivers and other road users should be aware of the road closure and plan an alternate route of travel. Wyoming Boulevard SE will be unrestricted to Access Road, which continues on to the golf course.
