Legal closed Aug. 20-24 The 377th Air Base Wing Legal Office will be closed Aug. 20-24 except for claims, notaries, powers of attorney and military justice matters which will be open. Legal assistance walk-in hours will resume on Aug. 27. Hardin Field restroom closure The men's and women's restrooms at Hardin Field will be closed Aug. 27 through Aug. 31 for repairs. Medical appointments available online Patients enrolled in the 377th Medical Group can access and make appointments online. Gibson Gate closure Continuing through Aug. 27, construction of vehicle barriers will impact traffic entering and exiting through the Gibson Gate. Traffic will be detoured around the construction area. The Truman and Eubank Gates are highly recommended as alternatives for base access during the construction phase. Free veterans luncheon and conference planned The State of New Mexico Department of Veterans Services is sponsoring an Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom Conference and Luncheon beginning at noon Sept. 15 at the Albuquerque Hilton Hotel. The all-day event is free of charge to OEF/OIF veterans, but seating is limited and those who expect to attend should preregister by Aug. 24. Registration at the hotel, located at 1901 University Boulevard, begins at 8 a.m. on the day of the event. Please bring a drivers license or military ID. Organizations/units which may want to set up an exhibit booth may request space to do so.
