KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. --
Airman 1st Class Kaylee Trimble, 377th Weapons System Security Squadron remote target engagement system operator, has been in the Air Force for less than 2 years, but is a flight trainer where she devotes two hours prior to each work day conducting on the job training with newly assigned flight members. Since being on flight, she has developed a training aid for all duty positions that has the flight at 100 percent pass rate with a 90 percent average on all evaluations.
Additionally, Trimble led a team of 100 members at the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology international technical competition, where her team judged 400 contestants over 44 hours, grooming the next generation of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics students.
Finally, Trimble coordinated, prepared, and recruited over 48 hours in support of the 2018 police week. She led the opening event and raised over $1,000 for the 100 Club of New Mexico, giving directly back the community.
