KAFB Photo studio - Make an appointment

The 377ABW photo studio is offering official photos 
BY APPOINTMENT, at 377ABW HQ, Room A-13. Walk-ins will be accepted if time available.

Requesters make an appointment through Setmore Online. Masks will be required when not taking photo.

Photo studio appointments are for AFI requirements only. Please include reason for photo in comments section when scheduling. Do not use the site to schedule group or on-location photos.

For group or on-location photos, please fill out the Multimedia Work Order (items 1-24) and email it to 377abw.pa@us.af.mil. 
NOTE: If you see a blank document, download the file and open in the Save Folder location.
