Logistics Officer Association has scholarships available Published March 16, 2012 By 377th Air Base Wing Public Affairs Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M. -- The Logistics Officer Association has scholarships available to all enlisted members of the armed forces. Scholarships will be for bachelor's and master's degrees. Applicants must be pursuing a higher level of education than they already possess. The program allows applicants taking college classes to research and offer solutions to current logistics challenges within the Department of Defense or industry, or to apply for scholarship awards based purely on a brief application. The LOA offers scholarship amounts are $5,000, $2,500, $1,000 and $500. Submissions are due by May 15. For more information, call Capt. 853-0802 or 846-5404.
