Kirtland AFB releases MS4 report

KIRTLAND AFB, N.M. -- The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System requires Kirtland Air Force Base (Permit No. NMR04A009) to provide public notice of and make available for public review and comment a draft copy of the MS4 annual report.

The intent of the MS4 annual report is to document the status of compliance with the permit conditions. The MS4 annual report is available for review starting Nov. 16 at http://www.kirtland.af.mil/environment.asp.

Public comments about the report will be accepted until Dec. 16.
