Senior Airman Kendell Carver, 377th Maintenance Squadron, receives the April Diamond Sharp award from Master Sgt. Jason Meuse, 377th Logistics Readiness Squadron first sergeant, at Kirtland May 15, 2019. Carver performed duties normally carried out by NCO’s in the munitions accountability, munitions control and munitions plans and scheduling sections. As a 58th Special Operations Wing liaison, Carver organized the delivery of 78,000 7.62mm, .50 caliber and M206 flare countermeasure assets. He calculated munitions requirements, scheduled pre-flight munitions inspections, published work orders and physically delivered assets on multiple occasions.
