John Roadcap, Air Force Research Laboratory senior research meteorologist, shows Consul-General of Japan Hiroto Hirakoba two letters of appreciation he received during his time in Japan during a lunch reception at the Mountain View Club on Kirtland Air Force Base, Mar. 31. Roadcap spent two years in Kadena from 1979 to 1981 and spoke on his experiences there during the event.
