KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, New Mexico -- Brig. Gen. Everett Thomas, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center commander, completes his annual Basic Allowance for Housing update here. The form, provided by Kristi Wagner, Kirtland Family Housing, is required for active duty military base housing residents. Paul Tourne, KFH community director, right, said that this is the last year for this because housing is changing to a new system called Military Assistance Company which changes and updates BAH paperwork automatically.
