February is National Children's Dental Health Month, and members of the 377th Dental Squadron will be visiting child development classrooms across the base to spread the dental message to young kids.

Dental Health Month is an annual event sponsored by the American Dental Association to promote awareness of the importance of children's oral health.

The theme for this year is "Join the Super Smile Team!" To help children learn to maintain a healthy smile, members of the dental squadron will be providing oral hygiene demonstrations and discussing oral health topics with Kirtland children.

Planned visits are scheduled as follows:

· Feb. 18, 10:45 a.m. - Play Group (Base Chapel)
· Feb. 19, 9 a.m. - East Gibson Child Development Center
· Feb. 24, 10 a.m. - Maxwell Child Development Center
· Feb. 26, 2 p.m. - Kirtland Youth Programs
