Military Spouse Appreciation events planned for May

KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. --  Kirtland's Airman & Family Readiness Center is hosting several events to show appreciation to military spouses.

· May 7, from 9 a.m. to noon,  there will be an exhibition and information fair and bingo with prizes at the Youth Center. Refreshment will be served.

· May 8, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., there will be a golf demonstration at the Tijeras Arroyo Golf Course.

· May 8, from 5 to 8 p.m., there will be a fitness walk around Marquez  Park, a Zumba demonstration and fish broil with a wine and beer tasting.

· May 9, from 9 a.m. to noon, there will be a "Morning of Pampering" event at the Youth Center, which will include massages, makeovers, manicures, pedicures and a beauty consultant. Refreshments will be served.

Events are free, and all military spouses are invited to attend.
