Kirtland to host Citizen Advisory Board meeting

KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. --  Kirtland Air Force Base will hold a press conference, the quarterly Citizen Advisory Board meeting and info fair at the Cesar Chavez Community Center, 7507 Kathryn SE, July 22. 

Schedule of events:

3:30 p.m. -- Press Conference
4:30 p.m. -- Info Fair
5:30 p.m. -- Citizen Advisory Board

The presentation will provide an update on the bulk fuels facility spill, including the status of work to characterize and clean up soil and groundwater contamination. The Citizen Advisory Board and info fair are both open to the public.
