KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- The Department of Energy and Department of Defense will hold its semi-annual public meeting at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Cesar Chavez Community Center located at 7505 Kathryn Street off Louisiana Blvd.
