Goals: Having already completed a Community College of the Air Force degree, Webber's short term goal is to earn a bachelor's degree in munitions systems technology and her long term goal is to retire as a chief master sergeant.

Accomplishments: In the last year, Webber has been awarded the 898th Munitions Squadron Airman of the Quarter and was a two-time recipient of Airman of the Month. In addition, her hard work and dedication ensured that she was selected as the squadron's Below-the-Zone recipient for the second quarter of 2015.
