Goals: Bryant is currently working on his second set of CDCs.  His goal is to meet or beat the score of 91 percent he attained on his first EOC exam. In the long term, Bryant would like to begin taking college classes with hopes of being accepted into the Air Force Academy, where he would pursue a bachelor's degree in biology.

Accomplishments: Bryant has been at Kirtland since December 2014, and was recently recognized as the 377 MDSS Airman of the 3rd Quarter. Bryant has been instrumental to the setup of a new Base Exchange satellite pharmacy, dedicating more than 30 off-duty hours to filling and calibrating $405,000 worth of robotic equipment. He was also the only 377 MDG Airman selected to present his Lean Daily Management project to UEI inspectors, where he showcased the pharmacy's efforts to streamline the DOD's initiative to promote electronic prescribing. Additionally, Bryant is the MDG representative for Paws and Stripes. In this role, he led six fellow Tiger Medics in assisting a charity event that collected over $60,000 to support the placement of service dogs with veterans suffering PTSD.
