Student sports physicals available from medical group

KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, New Mexico -- The 377th Medical Group will be providing sports physicals through the Family Medicine and Pediatric Clinics two days this month and two days in September.

Appointment days are Aug. 17 and 30 and Sept. 6 and 13. Appointment times for pediatrics are from 2:30-4 p.m. and for family medicine from 7 a.m.-4 p.m.

Those enrolled to flight medicine should call the Flight Medicine Clinic directly or use Tricare online to book this visit. Due to the high volume of patients, no walk-ins for sports physicals will be accepted.

Patients should bring all necessary paperwork and arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment time so forms can be filled out prior to seeing the provider.
