Board selects 32 Team Kirtland captains for promotion

KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, New Mexico -- The 2008D Chaplain, 2008C Line of the Air Force-Judge Advocate and 2008C LAF/LAF-J central selection boards selected 2,458 captains for promotion, 32 of whom are members of Team Kirtland.
