Tactical Satellite-3 completes successful first month of operations

For the Tactical Satellite-3 program, what a huge difference a month makes. Launched on May 19, the experimental spacecraft, managed by the Air Force Research Laboratory's Space Vehicles Directorate here, has accomplished early on-orbit checkout and anticipates completing calibration procedures next
