The Team Kirtland Top 3 Association recently elected a new executive council for 2012.
Association members elected the following senior non-commissioned officers to the organization's top positions:

 President: Master Sgt. Adam Sauls, 377th Aerospace Medicine Squadron
 Vice President: Master Sgt. Tangyeniika Clemmons, 377th Medical Operations Squadron
 Treasurer: Master Sgt. Marco Escandon, 377th Logistics Readiness Squadron
 Secretary: Master Sgt. Kimberly Green, 377 AMDS

The Top 3 Association is an organization for the senior enlisted ranks: master sergeant-select through chief master sergeant. The association promotes and enhances professional development, fosters relationships with the Albuquerque community based on interactions of the Kirtland Top 3 members, establishes a spirit of camaraderie and esprit de corps, and enhances the prestige and responsibility of all Kirtland SNCOs.

Additionally, the council encourages an attitude of unified purpose and sets examples for all, according to the standards, traditions and customs of the United States Air Force.
The Team Kirtland Top 3 Association meets at 3 p.m. on the third Friday of each month at the Mountain View Club. All Kirtland senior NCOs may attend.

"With the vast experience and Senior NCO leadership potential among Team Kirtland members, it would be great to have leaders from each base unit at the Top 3 meetings," said Senior Master Sgt. Matthew Schildgen, Team Kirtland Top 3 publicity chairman. "We look forward to the networking opportunities and appreciate hearing ideas on how to improve the base. Our meetings are also a great venue for Senior NCOs to gather information they can share in their own duty sections."

The Top 3 sponsors various awards and scholarships throughout the year. In addition, the Top 3 also organizes events for the base and community, such as the Senior NCO Induction Ceremony, the National POW/MIA Recognition Day Ceremony, the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center Annual Awards Banquet, and various fundraising events to help fund these endeavors.
