Medical Group hosting focus groups to solicit ideas, feedback Published Aug. 18, 2014 By 377th Air Base Wing Public Affairs KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- In order to improve the quality of medical and dental care provided, the 377th Medical Group is holding four focus groups. Leadership would like these groups to help them determine where they are meeting customer needs and where they may need to redirect actions and energy. They are seeking candid thoughts and ideas for improvements, particularly from active duty and retirees, and their dependents. "We are focused on providing outstanding patient care and customer service," said Col. Rachel Lefebvre, 377th MDG commander. "This is a great opportunity to affect change at the medical group, whether it is a process or specific incident that needs to be addressed." Dates for the focus groups: Sept. 12, 11 a.m. to noon Sept. 23, 11 a.m. to noon Sept. 23, 6 to 7 p.m. Sept. 26, 11 a.m. to noon The sessions will take place in the commander's conference room located on the third floor of the medical group.
