Charles Davis Unit: Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center Duty Title: NCOIC, Nuclear Missions Hometown: Hickman, Kentucky Goals: To complete his bachelor's degree in construction management at National University by the end of 2016. He hopes to make master sergeant this testing cycle and retire as a chief master sergeant. Eventually, he hopes to own a construction company in Orlando. Accomplishments: Davis has been stationed at Kirtland since May 2010 with the AFNWC's Sustainment and Technical Integration Center. He currently serves as the NCO in charge of nuclear missions for the STIC, where he oversees all nuclear maintenance activities. He created and implemented 55 emergency/quick reaction checklists for nuclear mission managers and supply mission managers. He currently volunteers on the board of directors for the New Mexico Lutherans Association. In addition, he developed the AFNWC demilitarization accounting tool which reduced reporting errors by 85 percent, resulting in a $1.5 million savings to the Air Force.
