Civitan Club chapter forming here

KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, New Mexico -- The Kirtland Civitan Club is a new International Service Club on base that will hold its meetings at the Chapel in Room 1-3. The first meeting will be Aug. 9 from 12:15-1 p.m. Bring your sack lunch to enjoy at the meeting.

Civitan is well known throughout Albuquerque, and around the world, for its volunteer work in the community; and it offers many personal development opportunities for its members.

The Kirtland Civitan Club will focus on the volunteer needs of KAFB and the surrounding community. It's another way to become involved in community activities and make new friends along the way. Bring your ideas and creativity to help serve the entire KAFB community.

We will have information about how you can become a part of the new club along with information about the International Organization.
