Military personnel and family members 18-years-old, contractors, disabled veterans and civil service personnel will now need to provide two forms of identification in order to receive a CAC, at least one of which needs a photo.

This is a recent change in military personnel flight customer service policy.
Without a CAC, there is no way to perform most duties here. The CAC is an identification card with a chip, which is even necessary to log-on to a computer.

The accepted forms of identification include U.S. military identification, state-issued driver's license or state-issued identification card, U.S. passport, Canadian driver's license, foreign passport, foreign national identification, Native American tribal documentation, Social Security card, birth certificate (original or certified copy) or a voter's registration card.

Unacceptable forms of identification include any expired forms of identification, an entry badge, a secured area badge, credit cards or membership cards including gym, library, shopping clubs, Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts cards.

If there are any questions concerning the CAC card identification requirements, contact Tech Sgt. Christina McCrady at 846-5431.
