Managed officer IDE/SDE process; ensured accurate/timeliness of two-star's message to AF on future leaders; Composed/organized brief for MSO training; 12 Dirs/Det CCs on-track--most comprehensive training to date. Authored slides on 1st-ever Quarterly Command Fitness Brief; two-star chaired detailed analysis, zero errors.
