The mission of the Combined Federal Campaign is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee focused, cost-efficient and effective in providing all federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all.

CFC is the world's largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaign, with more than 200 CFC campaigns throughout the country and internationally to help raise millions of dollars each year.

Federal employees and servicemembers can make a pledge during the Kirtland AFB CFC season from Sept. 21 to Nov. 14.

Contributors have the option of leaving their donations undesignated, in which case, the funds will be given to organizations on an as-needed or emergency basis.

The minimum donation is $1 per month for payroll deduction.

Kirtland AFB's overall monetary goal is $435,000
