KIRTLAND TAKES PART IN 2016 DOD MAINTENANCE SYMPOSIUM

Kirtland officials are taking part in the 2016 Department of Defense Maintenance Symposium Dec. 5-8 at the Albuquerque Convention Center here. The Symposium, carrying this year’s theme, “Engaging Tomorrow’s Maintenance Enterprise Challenges Today,” will bring together U.S. government and industry maintenance managers of all ranks and levels. It is the only official DoD event solely focused on the maintenance of weapon systems and equipment. The agenda includes events ranging from a senior logistics roundtable to the maintenance innovation challenge and also features the annual Secretary of Defense Maintenance Awards ceremony. The event has been co-located with the concurrent Defense Maintenance and Logistics Exhibition, also happening at the Convention Center.
