There will be a detour through the parking lot. However, delays are expected at the Eubank Gate, and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes. CAC, ID card wait times increase Personnel may experience longer waiting times for common access cards and other identification cards for the next few months due to a recent software upgrade. The Defense Manpower Data Center will be providing another upgrade by the fall that should resolve most of the current software problems. In the meantime, waits could average anywhere from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours. If you require a CAC or other ID card, please be aware that there are normally longer waiting times the first two duty days of the month due to personnel who have been promoted getting new CACs. For organizations that have 10 or more personnel needing CACs at the same time, it is recommended no more than two people be sent over every half hour to keep the waiting times down for them and for everyone else who comes over for CACs or ID cards.
