Kristen Newsome 377th Medical Group Kirtland Air Force Base, NM -- The Team Kirtland Company Grade Officer's Council recently joined the New Mexico Department of Transportation's Adopt-A-Highway program and is the proud sponsor of I-25 from mile marker 219-220. Thirteen officers and family members of the CGOC volunteered Oct. 16 to clean one mile of I-25. The Adopt-A-Highway program requires at least four clean-ups a year and the CGOC plans to exceed this requirement. NMDOT reported the CGOC's official sign for its section of highway will be posted early next year.
