Question: For much of the six months that my trailer has been parked in the RV lot, the gate has not been functional. Each of the five times I went to the lot, the gate was open. I've spoken with others who had the same experience. I know there are true issues and concerns facing the wing, however, my frustration level with the lack of attention outweighs my restraint.

Answer: The west side RV storage lot has a functioning gate operated on a key card system allowing owners of vehicles with rented slots access. Unfortunately, if there are power outages the gate operates a fail-safe feature, and opens the gate to protect from "lock ins." Because of your contact with us, Outdoor Recreation has implemented a daily physical check of the lot and gate to ensure it is operational and secure. We now have posted phone numbers at the Westside RV storage lot should customers wish to report further problems.
