MORóN AIR BASE, Spain - The Striker Women of Team Dyess currently assigned to the 9th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron collaborated with their fellow female Striker Staff Sgt. Holly Cook, Public Affairs Media Relations NCOIC, in creating these graphics to showcase the importance of women in the military and how they contribute to the Bomber Task Force 24-2 mission at Morón Air Base, Spain. Striker Airmen of the 9 EBS, originally from the 7th Bomb Wing out of Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, provide U.S. and NATO leaders with strategic options to assure, deter and defend against adversary aggression against the Alliance, throughout Europe, and across the world by conducting routine BTFs like these as a part of Large Scale Global Exercise 24; which is an umbrella term that incorporates dozens of separate exercises and military activities, under multiple combatant commands, that enable the U.S. Joint Force to train with Allies and partners and improve shared understanding, trust and interoperability on security challenges across the globe.
