Three key events remain in March:

This is a powerful and revolutionary approach to improving one’s life that uses gentle, mindful movement to bring new awareness and possibility into every aspect of life. Matts/blankets will be provided, but participants should feel free to bring their own as well.
Ceramics Paint-it: March 22 from 5:30-8 p.m. at Arts & Crafts. Participants will work on ceramic coffee mugs. Pizza and drinks provided and all supplies paid for. To RSVP, please contact L1st Lt. Coleman at kali.r.coleman.mil@us.af.mil. There is a limit of 25 participants. Come and be inspired to create, spend time with family, friends, and even co-workers.
Women’s support discussion:  March 22 from 8-9 a.m. at the 377 MDG, 3rd Floor, Classroom C. Coffee and snacks are provided.
