KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. --   The Air Force Research Laboratory Directed Energy and Space Vehicles Directorates  recently held the AFRL Phillips Research Site 2013 Annual Awards ceremony to recognize employees who had distinguished themselves during the past year.

Dr. David A. Hardy, director of the Directed Energy Directorate, and Col. David B. Goldstein, director of the Space Vehicles Directorate, hosted the event.
