Volunteer Resource Program

Volunteer Resource Program
Airman and Family Readiness Center, 853-1708

The Volunteer Resource Program is a base wide program designated to fully use and recognize the contributions of volunteers at Kirtland AFB. One of its primary functions is to assist base volunteer agencies in meeting their needs and to help individuals find volunteer placement matching their personal interests or career goals.

Volunteer opportunities are available at the Airman and Family Readiness Center. The center volunteers provide services which help military personnel and families settle into their new surroundings by offering such things as base brochures, videos, loan closet items, Airman's Attic merchandise, welcome packets, and sponsorship material.

If you are interested in volunteering on or off base or in need of volunteers please call the Airman and Family Readiness Center at 846-0741 or 846-0751.
